To whom we transmit your personal data

To achieve the goals described above, the Company uses the services of several contractual partners. Some of them have the capacity of authorized persons, such as Companies contracted for the outsourcing of legal, IT, accounting services, which carry out maintenance activities of our IT infrastructure, programming and repair of our PCs, billing and accounting, legal services of consulting, assistance and representation and are active in the IT, accounting, legal industry/sector and carry out their commercial activity in Romania, and your personal data may be provided to them for use within the limits of the obligations they have assumed towards the Society.
