If there is a need to install plugins or modify code for functionality changes, these should optimally be developed by us or at least with our help and involvement.
The optional web development hours allow dedicated access to our team's services at a unique, preferential cost, significantly reduced when compared to our standard hourly rates. These work-hours can be used for any web development or maintenance request, i.e. design, programming and other work related to these core activities.
If the monthly subscription payment option is chosen, the unused hours do not carry over for later use and are available exclusively during the current month.
If the payment is made in advance for 1 year (or 6 months in certain cases) for the selected web management package, the corresponding hours for the months covered in the prepaid contract can be accessed in advance or at any point throughout the duration of the subscription.
